CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
As a construction manager, RGA helps to create a team approach to construction.
The client, architect, engineers, consultants, and contractor collaborate on the project from conception to completion in order to provide a quality project, completed at the earliest time, and at the best price.
DESIGN-BUILD
As a design-build contractor, RGA collaborates with the client, architect, engineers, and consultants to encourage open communication, while overlapping the design and construction phases for a more efficient project schedule.
PRE-CONSTRUCTION
Our pre-construction services provide a comprehensive plan before construction even commences, thus saving time and money.
We offer a wide range of pre-construction services to suit a variety of needs:

Review of documents as they are being prepared in order to recommend alternative solutions and construction feasibility

Advise on methods used in selecting subcontracts and awarding contracts.

Evaluate documents for issues such as overlap of jurisdiction, verification of inclusion of all necessary scopes of work, and preparation of bid packages

Provide budgeting and cost analysis
POST-CONSTRUCTION
Our team will be on-site until the facility is occupied, ensuring a smooth transition into the new facility for all departments and personnel.
Our goal is complete client satisfaction from pre-construction through to post-construction. Some activities that aid in this goal are:

Electronic closeout documents, including all plans, specifications, submittals, operation and maintenance manuals, training videos, and warranties

ProLog Converge, a web-based collaborative program that allows team members to view all of the project documents and correspond electronically

RGA works closely with our subcontractors and consultants to complete all testing and commissioning requirements to ensure a fully functional project.
