Stockyards Apartments Breaks Ground

Last week, R.G. Anderson Company, Inc., in collaboration with Axiom Architecture, EOA Architects and Manuel Zeitlin, the architectural team, and Proffitt-Dixon Partners, the owner, officially broke ground on an exciting new development in Nashville's Stockyards area. This project features a five-story wood frame apartment building atop a concrete podium that wraps a pre-cast parking garage. It will offer 345 for-rent residential units, amenity spaces, and striking architectural design to distinguish it from surrounding developments. We’re thrilled to see this vision come to life!
