In April 2023, over 600 Urban Land Institute (ULI) Nashville members and guests gathered to honor eight projects being recognized for excellence in development either due to the project's innovation, impact on the community, or excellence within the project's asset class.
The Ludlow, submitted by Place Development, was among the projects recognized. The project features 67 for sale condominium units that range in size from 550 sf to 1400 sf, has both 3- and 5-story elements, 54 space cast-in-place garage, and 3,000 sf ground-floor commercial space.
The Ludlow conveys a feeling of refined living infused with forward thinking architecture - with clean lines, airy interiors, large scale windows that provide abundant natural light and an elevated neutral palette.
