The Nashville Bridge Company (NABRICO) building was originally constructed in 1908. Extensive renovations were completed in 2013 that allowed it to become LEED Platinum certified in the Core and Shell category. It was the first building in the state of Tennessee to reach LEED Platinum status and the highest scoring building to date in the Core and Shell category in the world.

The building is now mostly utilized for special occasion rentals, including being a premier wedding venue for the city.
