The Franklin Police Headquarters is a 3-story, 94,000 sq. ft., post-tensioned concrete building with a 153-space, 2-story concrete-framed parking garage. It includes a vehicle examination bay, fitness center, locker rooms, an evidence processing area, administrative offices, briefing rooms, interview rooms, suspect processing area, community room, Emergency Operations Center (EOC), and Traffic Operations Center (TOC).

 

This building is LEED Gold certified. It includes a geothermal HVAC system, a 40,000 gallon cistern for irrigation, and a 100% green roof.
